So thrilled to see photos of the new @sobahbeverages NA brewery and cafe at Burleigh Heads.

I will so be heading straight there the next time I find myself on the Gold Coast.

The food menu looks good, and I know the AF beers are great.

I found Sobah very early in my alcohol-free journey. It's a great company. Thank you Clinton and Lozen and all the team. And @jervisbaybrewing_co thanks for stocking Sobah for your sober visitors!!

Getting up and getting going - so much easier when hangover-free!

An all too brief trip to Jervis Bay this week, first swim at Nelson Beach and the water felt freezing. Had to push myself to get in. Love the adrenaline and the boost my body gets.

Self-care as I run up to turning 60 in January.

Trying to sort out the internet at the new house still fried my brain and made me want to cry. Life is full of frustrations! Did not get it fixed up. Ah well.

Will try, try again next time. And swim again.

And I am grateful to be able to prioritise self-care today. Asleep by 9pm last night and woke up at 7am this morning.

Early starts are easier after an early night!

I love the confidence I have now, knowing I can get up, get to where I need to be and feel fine all day. Even a shorter sober sleep is still a better sleep than I ever had when drinking.

Today I am at the Stronger Together Conference at Castle Hill RSL, book selling and on a panel, but mainly nattering and chattering!
