Over The Influence Sober Adventures

Over the Influence, better known as OTI is a podcast and community run by Sharon Hartley and Ben Anderson. I am a happy member of OTI, and I enjoy the member zooms, the forums and the premium podcast, as well as the free one.

Each year OTI runs several adventures, usually long walks done as day trips, in 2023 they did a Ben Nevis climb weekend away.

Brunswick Aces Bar, Melbourne

Brunswick Aces was Australia’s first non-alcoholic spirit brand, founded in 2017. The bar began as 100% non-alcoholic bar but there are now alcoholic drinks on sale there. There’s also a bottle shop selling a wide range of the Brunswick Aces alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, as well as a great range of drinks made by others.

  1. I am looking for a 4-day alcohol free retreat, which is focused, unfussy and value for money, in order to reset and get back into healthy habits. Nothing seems to be available. Have I missed something? KR, CD
